Treatment Assistance

Maximum beneficiary amount- Rs 20,000/-

Eligibility Criterion–  For the members who have paid their affiliation for at least one year without any due will receive Rs 400/- for first five days or more  if undergone bed-treatment and for each day after that Rs 75/- will be given. Maximum Rs. 3000/- will be provided as financial assistance.

Around Rs. 20,000/- will be financed to members who are suffering from serious illness and subject to the rules set by the board.

How to apply– The prescribed form from the concerned district welfare office needs to be filled up along with the discharge certificate, medical certificate and medical records to the concerned district welfare officer.
