Eligibility Criterion – A member receiving pension/ a member of the right to receive pension/ a member who has no affirmation of affinity for less than 10 years dies/his wife/husband/minor sons/unmarried daughters will be applicable for getting half amount of eligible pension as family pension. 

How to apply– Filling out a specific form from the concerned district welfare office, you have to submit to the concerned District Welfare Officer along with attested copies of the Welfare Fund Pass Book, Aadhaar / Identity Document, Income Certificate, Relationship Certificate and Death Certificate (Family Pension).

Time limit for submitting the application– If the delay occurs within the month from which the pension is due, usually, an application must be submitted along with apologies.
