For accidental death– Rs 1, 00,000/-

Eligibility Criterion– This benefit is provided to the heirs of the deceased member of welfare fund. How to apply– The prescribed form from the concerned district welfare office needs to be filled up and submitted along with attested copies of the Death Certificate, nomination form, relationship certificate, Identity certificate of the heir to the concerned District Welfare Officer.
