Maximum beneficiary amount – Rs 5000/-

Eligibility Criterion– This benefit is provided to women members who have continuously paid their affiliation throughout one year. This benefit is available only two times for one beneficiary.

How to apply– The prescribed form from the concerned district welfare office needs to be filled up and submitted to the concerned District Welfare Officer along with the birth certificate of the child.

Time limit for submitting the application– Within 3 months after delivery
